The Nash Central swim team is looking forward to having an exceptional 2015-2016 season. At the moment, the Bulldogs are projected to finish third in the conference in both boys and girls swimming.
With the addition of young, talented swimmers, Nash Central is expected to be much improved this season. The freshmen arrivals should play an instrumental role for the Bulldogs, and they were surely make an impact on Nash Central’s relay-teams in particular.
However, Nash Central is definitely not just a youth-filled team. Gardner-Webb signee Jennifer Jackson aspires to win a state championship in the 50 and the 100 freestyle after finishing 2nd in the 50 freestyle during her junior season.
All in all, there is definitely excitement around Nash Central swimming, and the Bulldogs will look to showcase their talents in their first meet of the season on Thursday, November 19th against Rocky Mount High School.
