Bulldogs Claim Draw In First Meet

In the first meet of the 2015 season, the Nash Central wrestling team beat Smithfield-Selma High School while falling to Laney High Shool.

Seniors Luis Rolon and Timothy Manning went 2-0 while Darius Bobbit, Marqus Norwood, Jarrett Hopkins, Issac Brake, Joshua Brice, and Alex Nobles each went 1-1. Kevin Darden also gave up a strong performance but went 0-2 on the day.

Nash Central’s next meet will be against Greene Central High School and will take place at Nash Central High School on Tuesday, November 24th.
