As a community, we will spend time together, and the remembrance will definitely hold a deep meaning in each Bulldog heart.

To help support our country, be sure to purchase a patriotic t-shirt. The t-shirts are $10 and wearing the t-shirt to school on September 11th will allow you to purchase pre-sale tickets for $5. 2015 Nash Central Bulldogs Football Season Preview

In 2014, the Nash Central Bulldogs football program endured a forgettable season. Despite this, the Bulldogs will look to turn the chapter and enter the fall with a bright and fresh outlook.

Nash Central has plenty to look forward to in 2015, and there is reasonable evidence to conclude that the Bulldogs will encounter considerable success. For one, there has been a shake-up at the helm with former Louisburg head coach Chris Lee will be taking over as the Bulldogs head man. In 2014, Lee commanded the Louisburg Warriors to an 8-5 record.  Louisburg’s 4-1 mark in the 1A Tar Roanoke conference is also highly impressive. In all, Chris Lee’s season was highlighted by a 49-14 smashing of Perquimans High School in the first round of the NCHSAA 1A state playoffs.

Lee’s offensive and defensive efficiency was also put on showcase throughout the 2014 season. In wins, the Louisburg Warriors averaged over 49 points per game. In the defensive aspect, Lee facilitated the Warriors tremendously well. The Warriors allowed only 14 points per game last fall. All in all, the new leadership that Chris Lee will provide for Nash Central will prove to instrumental as the Bulldogs look to bring a winning culture back to the program and area.

The 2015 Bulldogs will shape up to be what looks like a veteran team. Nash Central will have only graduated nine seniors, and, if all goes as planned, the Bulldogs will expect to have over twenty seniors on their roster this fall. A senior and veteran presence is crucial for any football team, and a strong and definite senior presence will certainly aide Nash Central. In addition, the Bulldogs are expecting to have almost a dozen juniors on the team. This medley of youth and veteran talent could very well translate to a run at the Big East conference championship and a deep playoff run for the 3A state championship.

In closing, Nash Central is home to an abundance of talent, and new head coach Chris Lee will look to script a new chapter for the Bulldogs. A new dawn has risen, and this fall will be the start of something new for Nash Central.

2015 Nash Central Bulldogs Boys Soccer Season Preview

This fall, the Nash Central Bulldogs will build upon their 2014 season. In 2014, the Bulldogs made improvements from their 2013 campaign, going 3-14-1. With 2014 behind them, the Bulldogs will look to reload with fresh talent, and they will be coming back this fall with something to prove.

Nash Central’s main struggle in 2014 was scoring. The Bulldogs were unable to effectively and consistently score. Despite this, Nash Central has had an entire off-season program to help bring improvement and expect for the offense to make a leap forward this fall.

Defense was also a pinpoint for concern in 2014 with Nash Central allowing 96 goals. With every year comes betterment, and look for the Bulldogs to evoke a more potent defensive prowess in 2015. By doing so, Nash Central will definitely be to have a successful campaign this season.

Ryan Ruiz has been Nash Central’s head coach for the past few seasons, and he will certainly make instrumental adjustments to help improve the 2:9 goals scored/goals allowed ratio set by the Bulldogs in 2014. In all, the only direction for Nash Central to go in 2015 is up and wholeheartedly expect the Bulldogs to do so.

2015 Nash Central Volleyball Season Preview

In 2015, the Nash Central volleyball team will look to go on torrid campaign. After going 3-16, including a 1-9 mark in the highly competitive Big East, last fall, the Bulldogs have high hopes and aspirations for the 2015 campaign.

Nash Central will try to replace four seniors and will have plenty of help in doing so. The Bulldogs will have exceptional veteran experience and leadership with seven expected seniors on the roster. Nash Central will also envision its influx of talented freshman, sophomores, and junior to help facilitate and bolster the team’s overall play.

The Bulldogs don’t need an excessive amount of improvement to make a leap this fall. Three of Nash Central’s 16 losses were 3-2 decisions while seven of the losses were 3-1 decisions.

All in all, Nash Central has definite potential, and if long-time head coach Frank Poyer is able to command the maroon & gray to click on all cylinders, they will be potent threat in the before-mentioned extremely competitive Big East.
